[Resolved]  RTO India — approval of endorsements on dl' pending for more than 30 days

RTO Name: BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN (DL3)
I applied for 'Driving license renewal' via application no : [protected] on[protected] through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
It says scruity was completed on[protected]. However, for the past more than 30 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at Vikram Counter level.

My DL has already expired. Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the DL issued at the earliest.
