Unable to login to onLine stall exam

Whenever i try to login to onLine stall exam, it shows "YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN PLEASE MEET THE CONTROLLER".

Application Pending without proper Remarks

I submitted my application for learner license renewal on[protected] and since then status is Application is under processing at RTO Level, Transaction Name - ISSUE OF LEARNERS LICENCE, Application Processing Stage - SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents), Counter - SCRUTINY2.

No reason of application hold is specified in remarks and it is in same status since 4 months. Tried to contact RTO office multiple times but no...

DL approval pending and new vehicle RC card not delivered even after 2 months

DL result updated on same day but DL approval is pending from almost a week.

RC card for new vehicle not delivered even after 2 months of vehicle registration . When reached RTO regarding same, RTO person asked for 1000Rs to handover the RC card by hand, I asked to send it by post and refused to pay amount, still waiting for card to be delivered.br...

I have purchased MG HECTOR car for personal use recently. I have made 100% payment on 30 the Sep and received the delivery of the car on 7th October. I have not yet received the RC book- digital or physical. As per the Vahan.Parivahan website, the dealer registration is done as of 28th Oct. Payment status failed in RTO portal but transaction processed

Dear Sir,

I made an online payment for "Additional Endorsement" in the RTO portal on 21st September. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the status of the transaction showed "Failed" in the RTO portal. It's been 2 months and I am yet to receive a refund. On contacting the bank they have said that the transaction was successful. Below is the response from SBIePay.

Application for name change in RC has been submitted 5 months ago, all the papers has already been submitted as well, still the name has not been changed.
Application status of Transfer of Ownership is still NOT INWARDED.

When can I expect this to change? It is not possible to go to RTO daily as I live in another state....

Driving License Name Change Request is pending

I have applied online for rto transfer online and submitted all documents.

It is showing "ONLINE TRANSACTION SUCCESS ON 24-Aug-2022 09:41:34 BUT NOT INWARDED AT DY RTO PIMPRI CHINCHWAD (MH-14) (Please take appointment now.)"

Adding driving license to central repository

My driving license is in the old format, issued by MH-02 RTO (Versova, Mumbai) and is expiring in Aug 2022. It needs to be added to central repository to be able to renewed. DL BACKLOG ENTRY ISSUE & Licence Renewal

My Licence (No:GJ06/061875/02) was issued on 13.09.2002 from Vadodara RTO, Gujarat and it is expiring on 12.09.2022.

My Aadhaar no:[protected]

On 04.08.2022 I have tried to apply for licence renewal through sarathi.parivahan portal but details of my licence not reflecting, hence I have applied for DL Backlog Entry on 04.08.2022 (Application no.[protected]).

After 17 days my DL back log entry verified...

Driving license showing printing of DL in form 7

Have applied of renewal of DL in January and got approved but the status is showing "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7" from last 7 months
I also visited RTO office and enquired about it but they told me that we dont have printer so print outside i[censored] need driving license by spending 200 rs

Then while applying for DL why they charged me 250 Rs extra for printing and delivery
Also if traffic police stopped me they ask...
