RTO India — Approval of Learners License Pending Application No. [protected]

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Abhishek Kumar Maurya, and I had applied for a learner’s license for MCWG and LMV category through the contactless service. My RTO office comes under RTO Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
I successfully passed the learner’s license test on 08/07/2025, but it has been almost two months and the approval by the licensing authority is still pending. My application number is [protected].
As there is no contact information available to reach the concerned authority, I kindly request you to look into this matter and approve my application at the earliest.
