Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I had applied for a Learning License (LL) under the LMV category through the contactless service on the Parivahan portal. My application comes under the jurisdiction of RTO Pune in Maharashtra.
I successfully passed the LL test on[protected], but even after approx. 37 days, the application status remains "Approval of LL by Licensing Authority".

My Driving license backlog data entry application number is [protected]. It is pending with Ahmedabad RTO (counter BACKLOG7) since very long as I submitted application on[protected]. I had uploaded all the documents but still no action has been taken. I tried raising a grievance through Sarathi Portal but it didn't work Page not found error. My application was a contactless renewal application, and I don't have to visit the RTO for anything. All documents were uploaded and approved. I don't need to add any additional vehicle type to my license as I already have 4 4-wheeler LMV and 2 2-wheeler licenses. It's stuck on APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL with counter number ADC17.
