RTO India — approval of ll by license authority is pending on counter:rtoauth1

Hello sir/mam,
I am Sachin Singh, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Pratapgarh uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 17/03/2024, Its been about 4months now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
