I am Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram and i have been sold my old bike to Raj Singh through an Agency, but the Agency failed to provide any legal documents to Raj Singh regarding the ownership transfer. Consequently, Raj Singh is currently using the bike without proper registration or ownership papers. When you advised Raj Singh to initiate the process of transferring the bike's documents into his name, he refused to comply.

This situation raises concerns because without the transfer of ownership documents, you remain legally responsible for the bike. Raj Singh using the bike without valid registration could lead to potential legal and regulatory issues for both parties. It is crucial to resolve this matter promptly by contacting the dealership and requesting them to complete the transfer of ownership documentation to Raj Singh. If the dealership fails to cooperate, seeking legal advice might be necessary to protect your interests and ensure the proper transfer of ownership.

I applied for the Learning License online in Kapurthala Punjab. I have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything on the website is showing completed but I am not able to give LL Test. I watched the tutorial video and tried to proceed for LL Test but when I enter the application number and captcha, it asks for password which I haven't received and there is no resend password option. If enter anything in password it shows in red color that face authentication is not successful and proceed with face authentication before giving LL Test but there is no option to authenticate the face. I have given the learner license test on 27 may 2024. Still it is in pending. Why it’s taking so much to approve while the process is online. As I have already studied all the road sign and regulations.

I just recently gave my LLT online with my webcam on, which was required during the exam. After the test, I got a message saying that "certain violation has been detected" and I only "provisionally passed" the test, and issuance of my Learner License will "be subject to the Final Approval by the Licensing Authority".

My Driving License has got dispatced by speed post on 20/05/2024. Today is 24/5/2024 but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is EG[protected]IN .
