Rto India — complaint against kerala lines and red bus

I had booked my bus tickets, via red bus on kerala lines on 03rd may 2019 from vytilla, scheduled at 2205 (Ticket number tn5x[protected] to bengaluru and return on 04th. But my bus scheduled to come, was caught by rto and even after several calls to kerala travels and red bus got no confirmation. Finally got connected to their bangalore office and was promised reimbursement. Then went home, at about 0140 i got called to board the bus. I said its not possible. You cannot expect a passenger to wait 4 hours without any info. I have lost rs 2600 on tickets and also my time and sleep. I urge you to please take action against kerala lines and red bus for this and if possible reimburse my money. No response from customer service of red bus or kerala lines.
