RTO India — Delay in Conducting Driving Licence Test at Koduvally RTO, Kerala

I had applied for a driving licence test at Koduvally RTO, Kerala, and was allotted a test date on 31 March 2026. However, the test was cancelled due to the transfer of the concerned officer. Since then, a replacement officer has not been appointed, and the tests have not been rescheduled.
It has been approximately one month, and the issue remains unresolved. A large number of applicants, including myself, are facing serious difficulties as many driving licence tests scheduled before and after my date are still pending.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, affecting our education, employment opportunities, and daily activities.
I kindly request the concerned authorities to take immediate action to appoint a responsible officer and conduct all pending driving licence tests at the earliest.
I request urgent intervention and resolution of this matter.
