Dear Sir/Madam

I have raised a request for Renewal of my RC for two wheeler and completed inspection formalities with the RTO inspector on 4-Jul-2025. I have paid all my fees on time for MV tax and renewal of registration. I submitted my application for a DL at the RTO BANGALORE (EAST), KASTURI NAGAR (KA03) on[protected]. Documents were checked, photo and signature taken but nothing has happened since then. The application is stuck at "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)" at counter "SANJEEV". Can somebody help please?

I dont know where to put my application number (for privacy reason), let me know and I can give my application number.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have passed the DL test on 18.10.2023 still didn't recieve the DL card. It's been more than 18 months still showing " Printing of DL in form 7".
Kindly, do the needful and dispatch it as early as possible.

Respected Sir/Madame,

I have applied for Learner License and gave the exam on 10th July 2025 that is passed, it mentioned I do not need to visit any RTO for further updates, all of the tasks are pending by the Chandigarh RTO.

I did call but it's always left on hold or nobody picks it up.

Today is 2nd August 2025, it's almost a month, the LL has not been issued by Chandigarh RTO.
