My name is prabakaran chakravarthi. I am a senior citizen. My dl needed renewal, on approaching online renewal process, i am informed that my dl needs de-duplication by krpuram, bangalore rto. On being approached the rto office workers were tight lipped about my need and was redirected to go thro agents, who demand rs. 8600 for a simple computer alteration to be done, so that i can apply for my dl renewal.
Why should i pay a bribe...

I am from Karnataka, RTO Udupi. I gave my online LL test on 1/09/2025, and I successfully passed the test. But the problem is that the approval of the learner's licence is pending, although my test was completed 26 days before . So respected sir/madam, I am kindly requesting to approve my LL as soon as possible.
