RTO India — Delay in Issuance of Learners License Beyond Stipulated Time

The undue delay in the issuance of my learner’s license through the Parivahan Seva portal. I had completed all the required steps and formalities, including payment and online test (if applicable), and was informed that the license would be issued within a few hours to a maximum of 24-48 hours. However, it has now been three days, and I have not received my learner’s license.
