[Resolved] RTO India — Delay while issuing LEARNER LICENSE online [Application no [protected]]

I have successfully applied for my driver learner license on 12th Sept 2021 via online[parivahan.gov.in] mode using my AADHAAR card. Since then I did see only "Application is under processing at RTO Level" with a message "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)", which is very confusing as to how long are they going to take to process this application. Also, there is no message send or displayed on the website to a consumer if he/she has to visit the RTO office to complete the process of verification of documents, in fact, the only message displayed on the website is "Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office.". For reference, I have attached a screenshot of the current status of my application.

Because of the above reason, now I am unable to receive a password, to attain an online test exam (screen test aid for learner license).

It took two months, to get resolved the issue. They, have not contacted me.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I'm facing the same Issue with Bathinda RTO! It has been more than 1 a month since I paid for service! Application is still showing "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)" for so called "contactless" application!
I'll hope I'll not need to bribe authorities for service!

I had submitted my application for renewal of driving license with change of address online to RTO, SAS Nagar, Mohali MORE THAN A MONTH AGO (ON[protected] but till date the status shows Application Processing stage as Scrutiny (verification of Proof Documents). I had uploaded all the documents with Aadhar verification and payment of fees. There is no communication from RTO while my currernt driving license has expired in the meantime. My application is submitted under "Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office". I wonder what I have to do to get my renewed license?
