RTO India — Didn't receive the SMS regarding the passing of DL test and Didn't receive DL number

I have passed in my DL test on 23rd March 2021. But I still didn't receive any SMS regarding my Driving License. It has been 9 days since I passed the test. It brings difficulty to me for the driving of vehicles without receiving SMS from the Motor Vehicle Department. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible and send message regarding the same.
