RTO India — Dispatch of Driving License is pending since past 3 months

I applied for displacement of my DL at RTO Kanpur on 2/01/2021 with an application no. 20501921. After completing all necessary formalities I was told at the concerned window that I am going to receive the new DL within next 15 days.
But, even after 3 months of my application, its status is still incomplete and since past one month it is at the same stage:

"Application is under processing at RTO Level" and the "Dispatch of the DL and PSV badge is pending".

Can anyone please guide how should I pursue this issue to expedite the process.

No help or any response yet even after six months of my application. Its really disappointing!!

I seriously promote #privatization, as the state government employees are not doing their jobs.
