RTO India — dispatch of the dl and psv badge (pending) since long time

Hello,

I have applied for dl in september 2019 and i can track all the steps completed successfully (Check status photo) except "dispatch of the dl and psv badge". It's 06.09.2019 today and still, i have not received my dl. Plz, help me related to this concern. I want to contact customer care but i am unable to find any contact.

I too faced the same. My application (replacement of normal plastic card DL to smart card DL) status kept on showing "dispatch of the dl and psv badge" for many weeks. Finally, I visited the RTO (Koramangala RTO KA 01 in Bangalore) and found my DL was them. I'm not sure, if they dispatched it at all because my DL was not in the envelope that I submitted while applying. They asked me to give Rs 200/- to hand over my DL to me. I gave them Rs 200/- and finally got the smart card DL in my hand.

I too Face the same consequences since 3months kindle see to it. And Rely back I am Bangalore, karnataka, It's Koramangala RTO, I am adding Screenshot of it.
