RTO India — Dl backlog entry approval pending since[protected]

My Driving license backlog data entry application number is [protected]. It is pending with Ahmedabad RTO (counter BACKLOG7) since very long as I submitted application on[protected]. I had uploaded all the documents but still no action has been taken. I tried raising a grievance through Sarathi Portal but it didn't work Page not found error. No phone number or email ID was provided in application to escalate the matter. No one answers RTO phone numbers.
