RTO India — dl dispatched but not yet received and speed post tracker number not available

Dear Sir/Mam

I have applied for the driving license( Pakka Wala ) on 1st october, and its been 13 days now my driving license has not approved from RTO level yet. I gave all my tests on 4th october. Do i have to wait more, and how much more time they will take? Please reply.

I have applied my driving license before two months in August 2019 but still my application is under rto level processing and I didn't my driving license smart card till now now it's October till now I didn't get my driving license please help me out and register my complaint I hope it will be resolved soon

Hii im PRIYARANJAN SATPATHY from Odisha state Bargarh District, my driving licence has been dispatched on[protected].But i have not received any sms or information from rto Bargarh, Odisha and i could not track my dl by speed post tracker number after dispatched dl.

My license got dispatched on[protected] and today's date is[protected]. Its almost 15 days i have not got my permanent license. Neither on the website my speed post tracker number is displayed. I don't think speed post takes 15 days for delivery. I had tried calling my nearest rto many times but to no avail. Proof in form of photograph is uploaded below
