[Resolved]  RTO India — DL not issued due to 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' pending for more than 15 days

sub : DL not issued due to 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' pending for more than 15 days

I applied for 'Driving license renewal' & 'address change on driving license' via application no : [protected] on[protected] through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.

All the process was completed including document verification that was done by physically visiting the concerned RTO on the appointed date : 02 July 2021. The documents were verified, photo was clicked and digital signatures were taken too on the same date successfully.

However, for the past more than 15 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at RTO level.

Because of this PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) & DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is also PENDING.

Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the DL issued at the earliest.
