RTO India — dl re-slot booking problem

On 3 June 2019 i am failed in driving skill test, then they told me to reapply it after 7 days then I applied for re-booking after 13 days on date 16 June 2019 there is continuously problem occurring for re -booking am trying it from almost last 3 days, the site shows the same thing that 'previous flow need to be completed to go for slot booking' am no under standing what to do
