[Resolved]  Rto India — DL-Renew faceless/contactless application-PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) pending

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing in context of contactless DL-Renew Application no-[protected] applied online at ZONAL OFFICE, WEST DELHI, JANAKPURI i thought process wouldn't take more than 2 weeks to complete the cycle, but here seems like Process is quite lengthy, Sir/Madam I suppose it shouldn't take much time now in contactless DL-Renew otherwise the purpose of facility launched will be defeated, but still i've my humble request to kindly look into and expedite the process. For your reference i'm providing you details in attachment for emails i queried and other details, currently below is status pending for many Days.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
