RTO India — DL renewal application stuck in endorments on dl stage for no reason

My DL was damaged so I submitted application for renewal on 3/09/25 and since 6/09/25 the application is stuck on “APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL ”
At counter -BACKENDAPR23
I add didnt any vehicle type. I just wanted a replacement for my damaged DL.
