RTO India — dl slot booking not allowed due to illogical errors

Whenever I've tried to book appointment for DL Test, thw website is showing different error messages. Error messages are as below
1)As the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for DLTest slot booking .
2) DL application number is not availlable for the my LL No.
3) application number is approved but slot booking is not allowed
Please resolve this issue and allow me to book my test slot
