Since 4 month application is under processing at rto level.

I Shatrudhan chaudhary has applied for the driving license in Maharajganj rto, Uttar Pradesh Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the printing of DL, the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side. I reciever a call from Ravi yesterday and he asked me to come to RTO Ofgice sector 16 with a copy of adhar card. I visited there by no one said such person is working, or they know. The enquiry team said i need to pay again for the same. This is really crazy, and if all fornalities have been done then why its taking so long to print my DL and dispatch it to me.
Please suggest and help.
