RTO India — driving license renewal stuck in approval of endorsements on dl

Hi,

I have applied for renewal of my driving license at https://parivahan.gov.in/ and paid the fees. The application process was touchless. But since then, it is stuck in this status "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL". This is in this status for last 2 months. kindly help.
