Rto India — Error in LL test

Hi,
I got a link of my LL test from RTO that I have to appear Online . Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed” and put the pin it said invalid and after some tries it says
" YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY"
Please resolve this.

Did you get the pin/otp after authentication?

NO Today at 18/08/2021 i tried many times but i didnt get any otp or pin and then after the site says please visit RTO cause you have crossed the maximum number of face authentications.

I cannot apply LL Test due to error in authentication and maximum number of limits reached I request to help me to appear the LL test as soon as possible

You have to visit RTO and ask them for face scrunity. They will validate your application.

I got this page and after waiting 20 min when I tried again then I get this again and then it show "YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOGIN ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY" please resolve it and provide some solution .
