Rto India — Error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this

Respected sir, l want to refund my money as i have submitted many application on one number and i forgotted all the those application number which got registered with my number and due to which I am unable to get LL slot.As it is showing with error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this application number''. Kindly help me in this case.please help me in refund of my money
