I was trying to book an LL test slot from 26th August 2021 with the order of the Maharashtra State Transport Authority the LL test resumed from. Now I have been trying to book an LL test slot at 11AM morning, the time hour for LL slot booking as stated by the Maharashtra State Transport Authority (STA) said on Friday. I have tried to book at exactly 11AM, 11.01AM, 11.02AM, 11.03AM respectively but a message showing next 7 days all the slots are booked daily. So, I went to the RTO Srirampur office and explained the same but they did not listen to me and told me to book online at 11AM. I personally called the RTO officer of Srirampur and told him the problem about all slot already filled for the next seven days' message coming while booking slot. I requested him to do something about the slot booking problem but he just ignored me. I have attached the proof of booking slot exactly at slot booking timing 11AM.
Therefore I am requesting you sir/madam please take severe action on this case and try to solve my problem. It’s been 4 days I have been trying for Slot booking. RTO Srirampur not giving slot and there is something unfair going on in slot booking by them. Please find those who are involved and solve my problem as soon as possible, so that many more like me will ably give the LL test.
