RTO India — Extend validity of my ll, unable to book slot for dl test

For the last 1 month, I have been trying to book a slot for my permanent DL test... But did not get any slot. As told by RTO I tried to book a slot at 12:00 AM and even 6:00 AM but wasn't able to book any slot. On the slot booking site (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots/loginPage.do) it was written

"Allotment of slot quota is the discretionary power of the respective RTO/MLO, if not available please contact to RTO/MLO"

seeing this I went to RTO but they were unable to help me with the same.
And now my Learner's License is going to expire on[protected]. Therefore, please extend my Learner's License Validity so that I could book the slot

I'm totally helpless. Please help me with the same.
