Rto India — I have passed my driving test but not yet approved

My driving license is not yet approved after i have passed my driving test. I was told that i will received the message before i can print my driving license. But it shows up that my application is under processing at rto level which is for the approval of my driving license. So, i am helpless and worried that no message in my phone about my dl is received.
