[Resolved]  RTO India — IDP not issued due to 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' pending for more than 15 days

I applied for 'International Driving license' via application no : [protected] through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.

All the process (document upload, payment and scrutiny) got completed by 03 April 2024.
However, for the past more than 15 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at RTO counter 'RTOAUTH1'. [RTO Name: DTO, KAMRUP ( M) (AS01)]

Because of this PRINTING IDP FOR A DL & IDP DISPATCH is also PENDING.

Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the IDP issued at the earliest.
