Have applied for DL Renewal on 12th March 2025 (KA04 *******1730), as this is online platform how much time it takes for the SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents) as there are no changes in address/ name.

As the present DL had expired on 13th March 2025. and I am not able to drive the Car without driving license, and its great hardship for me.

It would be helpful if the approval is done as soon as possible....

I am Pravin Ramesh Falke, and I have applied for a Learner’s License (MCWG, LMV category) under RTO, Pune (MH12) through the contactless service. My LL test was successfully completed on[protected], and the result has been recorded as "Completed." However, the approval from the Licensing Authority is still pending.

During the test, I received two warnings for "Face Not Detected, " even though I was sitting properly in front of the PC. I believe this may have been caused by a software glitch in the Stall test system rather than an actual detection issue. I am concerned that this may have affected my application processing.

I have applied LLR for two wheeler online through parivaahan website. I already possess a license for 4 wheeler. There is a mandatory tutorial video i have to watch, to complete the procedure, i already watched the video when i applied for 4 wheeler long back. now im getting this error "SSVT01: You are not authorised to view this tutorial. Already LL test may be taken or tutorial may be viewed. Tutorial to be viewed before taking LL Test"...

It's been 3 days now and the authority is not APPROVING OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE Matter.

Hi, I applied for a driving license with the help of Amjad Bahadar Khan, a former member of Nanha Driving School. I paid him ₹4000 for the process:

₹2000 via UPI ([protected]@ibl)
₹2000 in cash
₹200 additional processing fee
Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not completed the process. His phone is always switched off, and he is not responding.

I also have a voice recording where he confirms receiving the full payment and promises to complete the DL process, but no progress has been made.

Please take immediate action and help me get my money back. Proof of payment is attached.

When I contacted customer care they advised me to go to RTO but when I contact RTO they refuse to give any info and simply say they have no involvement as the application is contactless and I should file a new offline application.
