Hi, I applied for a driving license with the help of Amjad Bahadar Khan, a former member of Nanha Driving School. I paid him ₹4000 for the process:

₹2000 via UPI ([protected]@ibl)
₹2000 in cash
₹200 additional processing fee
Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not completed the process. His phone is always switched off, and he is not responding.

I also have a voice recording where he confirms receiving the full payment and promises to complete the DL process, but no progress has been made.

Please take immediate action and help me get my money back. Proof of payment is attached.

    Driving license renewal application stuck for more than 1 month

    I am Chakresh Jain and have applied for DL renewal on 27.01.2025.
    1. Scrutiny done on 29.01.2025.
    2. Approval done on 29.01.2025.

    It's been more than a month still showing " Printing of DL in form 7" with counter ADC16.
    Kindly, do the needful and dispatch it as early as possible.

    dl not issued due to 'approval of endorsements on dl' pending for more than 2 months

    I applied for 'duplicate driving license' via application no : 6331425 on 01/01/2025 through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
    All the process was completed including document verification and fees payment through the portal on date : 01/01/2025. The documents and payment were verified successfully.

    Approval of endorsements still pending

    I have applied for change in address along with the renewal of my driving license as it recently got expired last month. The scrutiny for renewal & address change was done on time but the approval of endorsements have been stuck & still pending. If the online procedure is so slow, what's the point of it.in person renewal was denied & is no longer an option.     License not received past 2 months

    Hi, I am Ramya, applied for MCWOG in Ahmedabad RTO and passed the test on Jan 1, 2025. It's been two plus months I have not received my updated license. I already have license for LMV. The status in the portal still shows - Approval of Endorsements on DL past 2 months.

    Learners license online application pending for approval for more than 2 months

When I contacted customer care they advised me to go to RTO but when I contact RTO they refuse to give any info and simply say they have no involvement as the application is contactless and I should file a new offline application.
