I have paid twice and given the test for learners license. I cleared the test both the times, but got a message saying "Certain Violation detected"

It's been 5 months, yet no progress. There was no one in my room when I gave the test both times, nor any instance of fraud. The money keeps getting deducted and the license is not issued. This is getting very frustrating. Kindly help.

But till the date its shows status pending for

Hi There, I have applied for learners licence and it is showing pending for approval from almost 2 months.

Have applied for DL Renewal on 12th March 2025 (KA04 *******1730), as this is online platform how much time it takes for the SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents) as there are no changes in address/ name.

As the present DL had expired on 13th March 2025. and I am not able to drive the Car without driving license, and its great hardship for me.

It would be helpful if the approval is done as soon as possible.

(And will i be able to drive with the approval letter, till the driving license reaches me through courier)

I was applying for learners license through the online service. I have completed registration and verified everything and paid a fee of Rs.350 then I proceed further to give online test the test question were as much simple that even a kid can answer them i have passed the test and my application went for verification but after sometime i got message that i application is rejected. I have checked and found application got rejected due to violation in test, i thought maybe this could happen because when i was giving the test their were lot of background noises. so i reapplied and done the same procedure again paid Rs.350 again and this time i make sure that there is no background noise and any other activity that could violate my test but again after 4 day they rejected my application with the same excuse of violation. Now i have lost Rs.700 for nothing there is no refund policy there is nothing you can do. I dont think they even see the recording they just say you have cheated in a test which could be easily passed by kid.
I want to give a suggestion to all readers please do not do this they will just eat your money visit RTO give the test there and dont waste money on it.

I am Pravin Ramesh Falke, and I have applied for a Learner’s License (MCWG, LMV category) under RTO, Pune (MH12) through the contactless service. My LL test was successfully completed on[protected], and the result has been recorded as "Completed." However, the approval from the Licensing Authority is still pending.

During the test, I received two warnings for "Face Not Detected, " even though I was sitting properly in front of the PC. I believe this may have been caused by a software glitch in the Stall test system rather than an actual detection issue. I am concerned that this may have affected my application processing.

I have applied LLR for two wheeler online through parivaahan website. I already possess a license for 4 wheeler. There is a mandatory tutorial video i have to watch, to complete the procedure, i already watched the video when i applied for 4 wheeler long back. now im getting this error "SSVT01: You are not authorised to view this tutorial. Already LL test may be taken or tutorial may be viewed. Tutorial to be viewed before taking LL Test"...

It's been 3 days now and the authority is not APPROVING OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE Matter.

Hi, I applied for a driving license with the help of Amjad Bahadar Khan, a former member of Nanha Driving School. I paid him ₹4000 for the process:

₹2000 via UPI ([protected]@ibl)
₹2000 in cash
₹200 additional processing fee
Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not completed the process. His phone is always switched off, and he is not responding.

I also have a voice recording where he confirms receiving the full payment and promises to complete the DL process, but no progress has been made.

Please take immediate action and help me get my money back. Proof of payment is attached.

It's been more than a month still showing " Printing of DL in form 7" with counter ADC16.
Kindly, do the needful and dispatch it as early as possible.

I applied for 'duplicate driving license' via application no : 6331425 on 01/01/2025 through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
All the process was completed including document verification and fees payment through the portal on date : 01/01/2025. The documents and payment were verified successfully.
However, for the past more than 2 months the application status is showing : 'approval...

I have applied for change in address along with the renewal of my driving license as it recently got expired last month. The scrutiny for renewal & address change was done on time but the approval of endorsements have been stuck & still pending. If the online procedure is so slow, what's the point of it.in person renewal was denied & is no longer an option. Our respected traffic cops doesn't consider the pending application as dl & suggest...

Hi, I am Ramya, applied for MCWOG in Ahmedabad RTO and passed the test on Jan 1, 2025. It's been two plus months I have not received my updated license. I already have license for LMV. The status in the portal still shows - Approval of Endorsements on DL past 2 months.

Form 5 is a Driving Certificate issued by Driving School of Establishments. It is typically required when applying for a driving license, particularly for commercial vehicles.

I have contacted RTO office, KA-03, Bangalore East, registered complaints online, written email to RTO and contacted [protected]@gov.in and no one has given any solution.
