RTO India — Issue of learners licence online face authentication

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have issued for the Learner License (MCWG, LMV) and it's been 2 days. I have paid the fees and received the acknowledgement slip as well. But the issue is still can't finish my LL test online as face authentication keeps processing and I keep sitting in front of the camera for 20 to 25 minutes like a mannequin without any movement, but it cannot authenticate. It's really annoying. Please take a step forward to resolve my issue ASAP. Thank You.
