RTO India — learners license applied

I had applied for my learners license alongwith uploading the required documents on the 4 of may 2019 on the camp website provided by the government of india. I recently checked my application status on the sarathi website. However the said documents are still under scrutiny for a period of more than over two weeks. My application number is [protected]. My rto is of chandigarh. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
