RTO India — Learning license pending status on counter FLAPROVAL2

Hey Sir/Ma’am
I Silas Prabhat Deep Verma have applied for Learning License of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service. My RTO came under ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1), I had a learning license earlier but it has expired on date 25-04-22. Now today[protected] when i again applied for the learning license all the fields have been filled and approved completely except UPLOAD DOCUMENTS and LL SLOT BOOK in which it is showing EXEMPTED . As i am not able to figure out what should i do next. Also there is a column showing RECORDING LL TEST RESULTS and FLAPROVAL2, I haven’t even given my LL Test yet still it’s showing that context.

Please help me to pass through this process.
Kindly revert back asap and resolve this issue.

I was facing the same issue, though I found the solution. Sharing the process below:

Go to: https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/sarathiHomePublic.do#

Click on: Online LLTest(STALL)

You will land on : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/authenticationaction.do

Now, add your details and you are good to go for the learing license test. All the best!

I also applied for DL LL for LMV and it is showing FLAPROVAL2, on doing what you suggested it is showing you have completed your stall exam, what should I do?

Any update on this ?
