RTO India — LL approval pending from licence authority since 4 months

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have conducted my learning licence self online test on[protected] and have passed the test. Application number [protected]. It has been over 4 months and the status still shows "pending" on the Sarathi portal.

Request you to kindly process the application at the earliest or update the reason for delay. I am facing difficulty due to this.
