RTO India — LLR application

I have applied LLR for two wheeler online through parivaahan website. I already possess a license for 4 wheeler. There is a mandatory tutorial video i have to watch, to complete the procedure, i already watched the video when i applied for 4 wheeler long back. now im getting this error "SSVT01: You are not authorised to view this tutorial. Already LL test may be taken or tutorial may be viewed. Tutorial to be viewed before taking LL Test" wn i try to open it.
