[Resolved] Rto India — no update in application status of driving license | |||||
Sir, I gave my two wheeler driving test at kalyan rto on 27-february-2018 & passed the test. And it was informed by driving school that license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 25 days now but the status on the rto website has not been updated once. It is still showing the same status for days. And i am unable to understand anything from it. This is what has been displayed: Transaction name: additional endorsement to dl Pending at: scrutiny Counter: imvcnt8 It'll be helpful if anyone can tell me what does the 'counter' mean. Do i have to visit the rto counter? Does rto have any interface to know when will i receive my license or any interface to know where my application is stuck in the workflow process? Apr 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The status did get updated after the I posted this complained. Don't know if this is due to my complain or this their normal timeline. As of know it says the status it is printed to form 7 smart card. So I guess it is a few more days till I receive it. RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Transaction Name - ISSUE OF DRIVING LICENCE
Application Processing Stage - SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)
Counter - RTOAUTH1
Please advise what to I do now as my learning DL is going to expire on 07July 2022

I gave my two wheeler driving test at KR Puram rto on 4th-Nov-2021 & passed the test. And it was informed license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 21 days now but the status on the
rto website has not been updated once. It is still showing the same status for days. And i am unable to understand anything from it.

Counter: Allotment Information Unavailable
It'll be helpful if anyone can tell me what does the 'counter' mean. Do i have to visit the rto counter?
