RTO India — NOC for transfer of ownership not approved yet even after 1 month

Address: 160-A, Pocket M, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi

I had applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the transfer of my Hero Splendor Plus motorcycle, bearing registration number DL3SFA0245, on 4th May 2025. All necessary documents were duly uploaded on the official portal https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in under application number DL250504V4837896.

However, it has been over a month, and the status still reflects "HOLD AT TO-VERIFICATION AT SOUTH DELHI (DL-3)" with the remark: "All required documents not received through speed post." I would like to clarify that all documents have been uploaded correctly on the portal, and the speed post charges have also been paid as required.

I kindly request that your office look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
