RTO India — Non renewal of RC book due to error in chassis number update in the RC book even after 2 months of follow-ups

With reference to the above subject, I have submitted multiple request to update the RC book which was due for renewal for the car details as follows : KA41-M-1586. The necessary correction required here is that the Chasis number A3EYD[protected]*H6 had *H6 missing in the RC book this was brought to my notice at the time of RC renewal. In this regard, I had personally met the Chief of RTO - Gnanabharti/Bangalore on 24/11/2021 and requested the necessary changes to be made in the RC book and to renew it as well. I have followed up twice in the last two months. My letter dated on 25/01/2022 requesting to look into the matter. As I being a senior citizen and my mobility has been challenged at the time of COVID to use public transport risking my life and as well as of my family to the risk of contraction. Please look into this matter at the earliest and expedite the process to renew my RC book with the requested changes and do the needful please.
