RTO India — Not able to proceed after learning license face authentication

After entering the details on learning license test and clicking on authenticate, the test is stuck at face authentication in progress, and is stuck forever and does not proceed further. My camera is on and i have good network connectivity. Also my face is clearly visible without any glasses/masks and there is no one else in background as well.
Still it does not proceed further.
Please check and help me to authenticate face
