RTO India — not issuing the duplicate rc for more than 3 months.

My two wheeler original RC was lost, i have applied on march 12th,
and also submitting all the required documents and necessary bank charges too, at RTO office Thiruverumbur, Trichy city, Tamil nadu -620013, Also scrutiny of documents has been completed the same day itself the officer said that the process will be take more than one month. But till date the RC has not been approved and provide ed to me, more than 4 times i have visited and inquired the same officer, he didn't respond and said that same reply.

request you to take it as a complaint and resolve the Issue ASAP.
