RTO India — Not yet received Registration Smart Card (RC)

Hello RTO Officer,

I have not received Registration Smart Card (RC) in below two Cases :

1) For my two wheeler Honda Livo having Registration Number : MH12-MY- 3855 : Purchased in April – 2016 but RC Not Received till now.
2) For my four Wheeler Tata Nano having Registration Number: MH12- JM -1451 : After completion of Car Loan & Change of Residential Address I have applied before 6 Month but updated RC not yet received. Original RC has been submitted before 6 months.

Note ; Purched vehicle on 10/04/2016
