RTO India — Online application for DL address change and reprint pending for more than a year

Dear sir,

I have applied online for the address change and reissue of the driving license as on 28 june 2022. However, till date my application is completely overlooked and ignored. I have already uploaded all relevant documents and paid the due fees as well.

When i goto the rto office, they ask me to come through an agent who demands bribe and extra money in name of rto officials.

I do not want to get into any scam. Pls help me to get me license updated with new address which is pending at mh47 dahisar rto. I have written to [protected]@mahatranscom.in but my emails are not answered.
