RTO India — PASSED in DL test but RTO uploaded it FAIL

My driving license application no. Is [protected]. I have given DL test on 16 Feb and marked PASSED on my application by the RTO inspector

But on the next day when I log in to my application on Sarthi parivahan website, it was showing the status of FAIL

I immediately contacted the RTO Dwarka Sector 22, Delhi where I have given the test. They said that don't worry you are PASSED we uploaded FAIL status because your fees was pending just clear your fees and we will rectify it

So I paid the fees pending on 17 feb but they are still not clearing my application

It's about 7 days but they still have not processed my application. I have attached my appointment slip for your reference

Please have a look and solve the issue as my learning license will expire in next few days and I will not be able to drive without license
