Rto India — payment is pending... please wait for 30 mins

I have paid rs 800 through UPI for driving license. The status on parivahan site still shows as "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" from yesterday night

I am also facing the same issue "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" . I visited RTO and they have no idea about it. No body is able to help me. My LLR will expire in 3 days

I have already driving license of 2 two wheeler IN GJ-1 RTO now i applied for Learner License for LMV in GJ1 by online site parivan and i got the learner lincese, now the problem is when i applied for LMV driving lincese in GJ-27 EAST VASTRAL RTO and paid fees TO GJ27 RTO AND ALSO TRACK BOOKED IN VASTRAL GJ27 RTO,
THE RTO PEOPLE REJECTED MY APPLICATION AND NOT REFUND MY MONEY RS 1000 AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT PLEASE REAPPLY TO RTO GJ1 AND AND PAID FEES IN GJ1 RTO AND WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND PROCESS THEY VERY BADLY TREAT WITH ME.

The message "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" is showing for past 6-7 hours now... It is not 30 mins. It is a joke. THe whole site is a joke and coded by illiterate reservation category ### who dont know anything about software. Typical govt callousness.

yes. This WEBSITE IS NOT STRONG. website is very weak. ALSO PAYMENT OPTION IS VERY Poor.

The ### who developed THIS WEBSITE could not even make a proper connection to Payment gateway, I am also getting a message Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office

I did not pay anything before. But 2 days back, I just uploaded all documents and checked the payment method once . Today when tried to pay money then directly getting the page to check payment status and there got the message "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office".

But I should get the option to pay the Application fees on the portal as didn't pay anything before. SURPRISING!

Any suggestions?

I had apply for the retest in rto when i am proceeding for the payment then i just selected the payment gateway only it is showing me your payment is pending but i had not input the bank no and all so how can it be say that the payment is pending now the site is not able to do repayment or cancel the payment

so what should i do Please suggest me

Same issues .. showing payment pending wait till 30mits or contact rto office ..in rto office they are saying u r cleaver enough I have applied online, so we couldn't do anything on counter ...what's kind of service given ... everywhere online payment accepted or it's failed but here showing pending nothing further ...tkae it refund it

I have paid rs 201 from bank for a LL .

After paying my LL fee through Online E-payment I got e-Receipt from Bank & Amount has deducted from my bank account but in Application Status Fee Payment - Pending,

Acknowledgement payment pending - "payment is pending...please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank". It is showing for more than 10 hours now.

Payment pending for driving liscence even after it gets debited from band ...helpline no not recieving no as well.so many people facing issue

Same problem i am facing. One of the worst and dysfunctional website i have came across is parivahan webisite. I feel very sorry for me and all the users who rely on these govt operated websites. Digital india my a**. This is happened when reserved one behind the coding instead of talented one. Never have the same issue with passport sewa website maintained by one mnc. Govt tends to impose rules but making it smooth and flawless is out of their hands.

Actual renew licence 473 payment already done but payment status access denied actually it is responsible software developer and govt. it not responsible general people .
