RTO India — Photo not matching error while giving online LL test

Address: 31, Pocket 5, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 110091

I have followed all the given instructions. But when I click on Proceed to validate my credentials, it gives an error saying photo not matching.

How much time it takes to authenticate the photo. Actually I am trying to and after 25 mins it still showing authentication is on progrss
