I have purchased hero pleasure (Mh-14 ew 1983) on 14th mar 2015 but still i have not received my rc book, when i went first time to chikkhli pcmc rto they given post office tracking number which is ea[protected] then went to chichwad post office so they said please visit to your area post office so went there and they said we dont have your rc book, please contact rto then again went to rto they said please visit chichwad post office then again went to chinchwad office and they registered the complaint and said if within 15days rc book not revived then collect from gpo pune post office so after month i went there and they said we dont have rc book please contact rto then again went to rto on 2nd jun 2016 but rto people saying we dont have your rc book, you have to contact post office only or else apply for duplicate rc book and for duplicate rc book all the documents required which is fir copy, valid insurance, address proof etc but why should i apply for duplicate rc book for which i have not received my original rc book, request you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap.

RC Hard copy not received
I have not received my RC for my vehicle registration no MH14HV6775

It's been 1year 1 month after purchase, have not received a single sms or any information regarding the same.

Checked on post office, they asked me for a tracking id which I should receive via sms, have not received any yet.

I see my RC details on parivahan site.

Please help on priority.

This is very disappointing thing, we are following up with our RC book which is not received from past 1 year but no one is least bought to take any action and still not received of my vehicle no : MH02FQ2575
Application no MH[protected].

This is Ganesh Jadhav from mumbai, i have following up with Mr Jaywant Tawade Sir he is also now stop responding to our issue.

So where should we go now, and when our RC book will recevied, i hope my this comment complaint will be taken up seriously and hope will get issue resolved as soon as possible.
