RTO India — rc smart card pending dispatch

I have applied for hypothecation terminal of my car gj16bb9893. My application was approved on 24th july'19, but still i have not received the updated rc. The status is showing "smart card pending 24-jul-2019 13:06:09 by user jmdarji_gj16" & "dispatch rc pending against appl no gj190715v4615808" since 3 months. I have contacted vahan portal services & they say "you have to contact rto office". I have also sent an email to bharuch arto at [protected]@gujarat.gov.in but received no response. I have also tried to call arto office, bharuch at [protected] but no one is picking the phone.

My application no [protected] under RTO /RL Manali, district Kullu, Himachal pradesh (H.P 58) is pending since Nov 2018.
Reason cannot be informed by concerned office.

I applied for duplicate rc on 3 Oct 2020 . But I haven't received my rc till these date nor they have provided me the speedpost consignment number.
Please assist me to get my Duplicate Rc asap

RC Smart card pending Since 17th March. Almost 90 days are up and it still says RC Smart Card pending. When will the smart card be delivered.

RC recieved
I have applied for RC in 2020 bt we couldn't get delivered yet and showing it was dispatched in RTO site.we dont know where should we collect it

Dispatch RC PENDING
I was applied for hypothecation termination and my application was approved by 02 May 2023 and still i have not received my RC CARD . More than 50 days over .. application number : MH230502V0837923
