Rto India — Refund of learner's licence fee

Hi

I have submitted a online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 350.00 inr. But due to some error in online form (While online submitting i have selected male in gender options but unfortunately female got selected) so when i visit the rto ghaziabad they said it cant be corrected you need to submit the form again and also again pay the fee. I dont get any option online to edit the information after payment for learners lcence.
So i have submitted the form and fee again and apply for learners licence.

Now i want my money back because i need to do the payment twice that is 700.00 inr.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you will need any information.

Hope i will get my money back.

I had applied for an online learning licence exam in Andheri Rto and reside in borivali. The online portal charged the fee and the andheri rto office refuse to accept the application. They asked to repay the fees and schedule a new test in Borivali. No refunds will be paid. The borivali Rto does not have a slot till 3 months. Andheri was empty. Don't understand this. Please suggest where to complain

Hi,
I have submitted online form for the (LMV, MCWG, MCWOG&MC50CC) learning liance online, Also paid full amount that is 654.00rs only and slot booked, when visit Kalamboli RTO(Navi mumbai) they told me why you have select MC50CC, this is not for you, They said submit the fresh form again and also pay again, Already paid amount is not refundable,
Please help me for the getting my refund

I have not yet rceived my learners licenses MH03 /0076250/2018and
MH03 /0076251/2018.My DOB is 26/10/2001.My name is Ayush Kothari.My learner licenses were issued on 26/09/2018.But i have not received my learner license.the rto authorities are asking for money that is they are corrupt. They are saging that if i wont give them money then they wont give me my learner license. The whole rto is corrupt even the police.they are even also not giving me my license since 5 days nor they are giving me my license .I am giving you two choices either to give me 《LEARNER LICENSE》or 《REFUND -352 RS》
