RTO India — Request for Update on Pending Driving License Renewal Application No. [protected]

Dear Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the status of my driving license renewal application. I had applied for the renewal well before the expiry date, on 11th March 2025, but as of today, 28th May 2025, the application status continues to show as "Pending" in two areas:

Transaction Name: Change of Address in DL
Application Processing Stage: Acceptance of Approval on DL FacelessAPR4

Transaction Name: Renewal of DL
Application Processing Stage: Acceptance of Approval on DL FacelessAPR4

My application details are as follows:

RTO Name: Backend Office, Sarai Kale Khan (DL-3)

Given that the application is being processed through the faceless system, I assume there should be no need to visit the RTO physically. However, the delay is causing inconvenience, and I am unable to understand the reason for the prolonged processing time.

I kindly request your intervention to look into the matter and help expedite the approval process. I would appreciate a prompt and clear response regarding the next steps or any actions required from my side.
