RTO India — Rto agent sri sai ram enterprises fraud

He has a shop in the lane of KR Puram RTO Bangalore(right next). He is a total crook. He took 3000/- for Hypothecation cancellation and NOC and said it would take 15days. Even after 2 months of submission, he kept saying it would take another 2 days. I went and enquired in the RTO and they said they never got the application. He would not give my RC back neither he would submit it. When encountered strongly he said "I will take 2 or 4 months and I will submit whenever I want to... you have to wait".
He is a total crook. Till date I didnt get my RC back neither I got the refund of the money.
